Our professional staff is trained in handling all types of commodities, from steel to food products, textiles, cosmetics and computer hardware, to mention some. For your convenience, we offer consultation with regards to specific U.S. Customs regulations and governmental policies.

Ship Spares/Vessel Supply

H.Y.H. has created a reputation in the ship spares industry as a reliable and responsible partner since 1982. We are proud to state that we understand the problematic of handling ship spares, the urgency and the necessity to meet deadlines and be innovative to get the spares on board or off board of a vessel. We have learned to make the Impossible Possible. No is not an answer for our team; it is rather an encouragement for us to find the solution and never give up. Our ship spares department is available 24/7. We are capable of handling ships spares in any port of the U.S. and are well versed in issuing all necessary U.S. Customs documentation for domestic and foreign flag vessels. We can also assist you in filling the AMS information with U.S. Customs in order to land ship spares in any port.

Warehousing

H.Y.H. International Cargo Services, Inc. has a 32,000 sq. ft. facility. We provide domestic warehousing, U.S. Customs Bonded Warehousing and Bonded Container Freight Station (CFS), as well as Rail-Siding. We have experience in diverse types of operations such as distribution, pick and pack, Project Cargo, automobile import and export, cross-docking for rail-cargo and ships spares, to name a few. We are able to accommodate Hazardous Materials and in bond movement, via air or ocean.

H.Y.H., as a warehouse, has made for itself a reputation of being flexible to meet the specific needs of each of our clients. We do not practice “the one size fits all” philosophy. The way how we approach each of our customer’s needs is what is setting us apart.

Cargo Insurance:

We all have one goal in mind: to transport your cargo in the most cost effective, safe and fastest way from the pick-up point to the final destination.

Certainly all carriers involved in the transportation chain will do everything to prevent damages to your goods, but the unforeseeable like storm, fire and theft are not uncommon, even with the best preparation from all transportation partners involved. Be aware, that the all parties involved in the transportation chain, have only limited liability and fixed compensation, which in most, if not all cases, do not recover the value of the goods in case of any lost. The only way to protect you, the shipper, against significant financial loss, is to have shipper’s interest cargo insurance. “We make the connection” and, put you in contact with the insurance company to take care of the claim.

H.Y.H. can offer you various insurance options like “All Risk”, FPA, FPA with WA coverage. Please contact us to suggest the best coverage for your shipment. In order to insure your cargo, we have to have a written Cargo Insurance Election form from you, enabling us to buy the requested coverage on your behalf.
